CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER

As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for developing the after sales business, spare parts supply and support services. You will create good relationships with customers worldwide and provide them the service and/or retrofits they need. You will need to travel around 100 days a year, longer periods at a time, and you will ensure that retrofitting projects are executed successfully.
